The Pincha workshop

Katrina and Zerrin have created a workshop dedicated to one of their passions/ obsessions - forearm stands, known as Pincha Mayurasana in Sanskrit. The feeling of being upside down and in control is like no other and we want everyone to experience the joy of that. The journey of this posture is one of dedication and determination and we are going to teach you all the drills and little nuances that helped us in our own journeys to get there. We want you to feel confident, informed and in control.

The biggest part of learning Pincha is having fun, without the falling, trying, trying and trying again we learn so much which builds the stability to support the end goal.

Come join us at The Yoga Tree, Norwich on Sunday 1st March from 8.30-12.30 where we will be deep diving into the world of all things Pincha! The Root Cafe (situated within the studio) will be open for drinks and food after if you would like to join us :)
