❋ Deposit The deposit of £200 is non-refundable.
❋ Payment PlansAfter paying your deposit please reach out to me to let me know if you would like to split up the balance into smaller payments and I can make arrangements with you to do so.
❋ PaymentsPayment of the outstanding balance will be emailed to you after making your deposit. The outstanding balance must be paid 8 weeks before the retreat start date.
If payments are not received I will reach out to remind you of your outstanding balance. If no payment is made I reserve the right to cancel your reservation and accept new reservations for your space.
❋ Travel documents and travel injectionsIt is your responsibility to organise travel documents such as visa’s. It is also your responsibility to purchase the correct immunisation injections, where appropriate. Please contact your local travel clinic for the latest requirements.
I also encourage you to organise your own travel insurance to cover yourself from any flight, baggage, illness or any other eventuality that may happen during your time on retreat.
❋ Personal releaseBy agreeing to these terms, I acknowledge and accept the risks associated with participating in this retreat. I voluntarily waive and release any claims for loss, damage, injury, or liability arising from my participation, including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, local political events, accidents, illness, or, in exceptional cases, death.
I release and hold harmless Zerrin Asir, the retreat venue owners, collaborators, facilitators, and any individuals or organisations associated with the retreat from any liability for personal injury, illness, emotional distress, property damage, or travel-related expenses that may arise in connection with my participation.
To ensure the wellbeing and enjoyment of all participants, Zerrin Asir reserves the right to accept or decline any booking and, at her sole discretion, to remove any participant whose behaviour is considered disruptive to the harmony, safety, or overall experience of the retreat. In such circumstances, no refund or other compensation will be provided.
Zerrin Asir accepts no responsibility or liability for participants who choose to leave the retreat before its scheduled conclusion or for any activities undertaken independently that are not part of the official retreat itinerary.
❋ Guest cancellationIf you need to cancel this retreat please let me know in writing via email as soon as possible. Any payments made before cancelling will not be refunded in any circumstance.
❋ Guest cancellationIf for any reason I need to cancel or change the dates of this retreat you are entitled to a full refund or the option to deposit the funds paid into a future retreat of mine.
❋ Your healthBy accepting this Participant Agreement, I confirm that I do not have any medical condition, physical limitation, or health concern that would prevent or impair my safe participation in the retreat, including yoga, movement practices, and any other physical or cultural activities offered as part of the programme.
I acknowledge that participation in these activities involves inherent risks and may result in injury or other health-related consequences. I voluntarily choose to participate and accept full responsibility for all risks associated with my involvement.
