❋ Deposit The deposit of £200 is non-refundable.
❋ Payment PlansAfter paying your deposit please reach out to me to let me know if you would like to split up the balance into smaller payments and I can make arrangements with you to do so.
❋ PaymentsPayment of the outstanding balance will be emailed to you after making your deposit. The outstanding balance must be paid 8 weeks before the retreat start date.
If payments are not received I will reach out to remind you of your outstanding balance. If no payment is made I reserve the right to cancel your reservation and accept new reservations for your space.
❋ Travel documents and travel injectionsIt is your responsibility to organise travel documents such as visa’s. It is also your responsibility to purchase the correct immunisation injections, where appropriate. Please contact your local travel clinic for the latest requirements.
I also encourage you to organise your own travel insurance to cover yourself from any flight, baggage, illness or any other eventuality that may happen during your time on retreat.
❋ Personal releaseBy agreeing to the terms outlined here, I hereby release and discharge my rights and claims for damages or liabilities that may occur as a result of participation in a retreat, including but not limited to damages as a result of unexpected occurrences, including those from weather, local political situations, including the risk of death. I release Zerrin Asir and anyone in association with this retreat, including venue owners and retreat collaborators from liability for personal injury, illness, emotional damage, incurred travel expenses or property damage I may incur as a result of participation on this trip. For the benefit of everyone on your trip. Zerrin Asir reserves the right to accept or reject any participant at any time without liability, and in the event it determines, in its sole and exclusive discretion, that a participant is disruptive to the harmony of the trip, she may without any obligation to pay a refund or any other amount whatsoever, expel such participant from the trip. Zerrin Asir will carry no responsibility or liability for any participant who leaves the trip prior to its conclusion, or for any activity undertaken by any participant which is not included on the trip itinerary.
❋ Guest cancellationIf you need to cancel this retreat please let me know in writing via email as soon as possible. Any payments made before cancelling will not be refunded in any circumstance.
❋ Guest cancellationIf for any reason I need to cancel or change the dates of this retreat you are entitled to a full refund or the option to deposit the funds paid into a future retreat of mine.
❋ Your healthBy accepting this Participant Agreement, I (the trip participant), represent that I have no physical conditions or medical precautions which would affect my ability to take part in the retreat, including the practice of yoga and movement, and any other physical or cultural activities offered on this retreat. I fully understand that my participation in yoga, or any other activities, could be injurious to my health and I voluntarily assume all risks related to such activities.
